• -You agree and understand that sms, email, phone services and all other communication methods provided are separate from your monthly subscription that you must insert your preferred method of payment, and are on a used as is and paid for by credits that recharge with your minimum threshold has been met. This can be managed inside your account under the settings - company billing after providing your preferred method of payment for the telephony usage.

- Subscriptions will be billed on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your selection and are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in these Terms.

- You agree to be opted in and contacted by Organic Reply via sms, email, phone any other and all methods of communications.

6. Cancellation Policy

- You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request at least 5 days before your subscription renewal date.

- Cancellations submitted less than 5 days before the subscription renewal date will be processed for the following billing cycle.
